Have you ever tried to apply for state and federal funding and felt overwhelmed?  You’re not alone! 

Join us to learn best practices in identifying state and federal grants and how to best position yourself for success. The experts from Pittsburgh-based Wellington Strategies will be led by founder and CEO Joe Kuklis, along with federal grants expert Dr. Jocelyn Sheppard and state grants expert Luc Montminy.  

For non-profit organizations in attendance with an annual operating budget of $300,000 or greater, you may be eligible to receive future pro-bono services from Wellington Strategies.  Details will be provided at the workshop.   

Breakfast will be provided. Space is limited.

About Joe Kuklis

Our lead speaker, Joe Kuklis, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in political science and western European studies.  He served as the deputy state director for U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, acting as the Senator’s primary point of contact in Pennsylvania for community and economic development groups, municipal and state leaders and trade associations.  He went on to establish and serve as president and CEO of GSP Consulting, a government affairs and consulting firm which assisted organizations of all sizes with public fundraising, public policy and government contracting needs.  He was a founder and currently serves as president and CEO of Wellington Strategies, a firm that offers consulting services including start-up activities, operational needs, strategy and change management.
