Jordan R. Pallitto Chair

Jordan R. Pallitto, chief operating officer with The Hill Group, specializes in strategy development and business planning across sectors. He is the current chair of the Board of Advisors at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County.

He is a Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant. He currently serves as chairman of The Consortium for Public Education and vice president of the Hempfield Area Foundation Committee. Previously, he served in leadership positions on the boards of the PA Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project. Jordan was recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of Pittsburgh’s “40 Under 40” in 2015 and by Consulting Magazine as a national rising star for leadership in 2019. He also serves as adjunct staff at the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College, a Master of Science degree from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business at IUP.
