The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County offers tools and services to assist advisors and their clients. 

Planned Giving Design Center

The Planned Giving Design Center (PGDC) is a free online service for CFWC advisors and donors that provides them with Email News Alerts, including concise summaries and links to detailed commentary regarding the latest IRS pronouncements, court decisions and legislative developments affecting charitable taxation. PGDC also provides software for donors and potential donors to run calculations for planned gifts. For more information, call Phil Koch, Executive Director at 724/836-4400.

Donor Portal

The donor portal is an online service exclusively for donors at The Pittsburgh Foundation and the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County. By logging in with a Foundation-provided password, a donor may:

 

  • See the amount avaliable for grantmaking.
  • Make online grant recommendations.
  • Look up the grantmaking history of the fund.
  • View a current fund status report and investment activity.
