Alyssa Kunselman

Alyssa Kunselman serves as the director of business development at Mascaro Construction Company, LP, one of the region’s largest general contractors. She graduated from Duquesne University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh XXXIV. With more than 20 years working in the construction and real estate industry, Alyssa has experience in business development and marketing. Prior to joining Mascaro, Alyssa served as the sales, marketing and business development director at Duane Morris Government Strategies, a government affairs consulting firm.

In addition to her role on the CFWC board, Alyssa is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Pittsburgh, where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee; board member of NAIOP Pittsburgh, where she serves as chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee as well as a mentor in the Mentorship Connect program, and member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Pittsburgh. Alyssa also serves on the board of directors of the Greensburg Community Development Corporation and is a member of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce. Alyssa resides in Greensburg with her husband, Clay, and their two young children, Grayson and Camilla.
