Walk a Mile in Her Shoes 2020

A Decade In, and Still Walking.
For ten years, men and women, children, families, community leaders, professionals, survivors, students, and residents have come together as a community to stand --and walk --in support of lives free of violence.

On April 18, 2020, we will come together again.
We invite men to walk one mile in women's high-heeled shoes to help raise awareness about gender violence. We also welcome women and children – and men who aren’t able to walk in heels – to participate. Inspired by the old saying, “You can’t understand another person’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes,” men will literally walk the talk on April 18, 2020.
