Pool Zumba water exercise classes

Laurelville offers Pool Zumba water exercise classes
Try Laurelville Retreat Center’s new Pool Zumba aquatic exercise for a refreshing, fun, low-impact workout two Saturdays in August. Classes with instructor Daynelle Sanner of Find Your Fire Fitness will be held on Aug. 13 and 27 at 10:30 a.m. in Laurelville’s outdoor heated pool, and cost just $10.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Taking a Zumba workout into the pool offers less impact on your joints. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step helps tone your muscles. Join us for some fun in the sun! All ages are welcome.
