Scott E. Avolio, Esq. 

Scott Avolio, founder and managing partner of Avolio Law Group, has been practicing law since 2000. Scott, a lifetime resident of Westmoreland County, has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Vincent College and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. His experience includes serving as a solicitor for many local governments and authorities and he has practiced law in several courts, including Pennsylvania Supreme Court. 

In addition to his service to The Community Foundation of Westmoreland the County, he is currently a member of multiple bar associations and is past president of the Westmoreland County Bar Association. He serves as a current board member of the Greensburg Community Development Corporation, Westmoreland County Land Bank, Westmoreland Cultural Trust, Clelian Heights Advisory Board and more. Scott has also presented and instructed many seminars and events.
