Impact Grants: Investing in People and Place

Impact Grants provide significant operating support to organizations making a measurable difference in the lives of individuals and families living in poverty. These grants are designed to strengthen organizations that are deeply rooted in their communities and address critical needs.

Impact Grants will continue to share the same framework as our prior opportunities: Healthy Communities and Revitalizing Westmoreland.  Since 2022, through these two initiatives, CFWC has supported the needs of vulnerable populations in the county while helping to develop the places in which they live. By investing in people and place, CFWC is committed to making Westmoreland County a vibrant community where citizens are enthused and energized to live, work, and share in its resources. Grants will support organizations addressing basic needs of individuals living in poverty and/or fostering revitalization in communities.
